Terms & Conditions

1. General Overview

By enrolling in any program or booking a table at Ahmedabad Table Tennis Academy (ATTA), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These rules are designed to ensure a safe, disciplined, and high-performance environment for all members.

2. Membership & Enrollment

  • Membership cycles are for 30 calendar days from the date of official enrollment.
  • Fees must be paid in full at the start of each 30-day cycle to maintain active status.
  • Training batches are fixed; any change in timing must be approved by the academy admin.
  • Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.

3. Book & Play Rules

  • Table bookings are strictly based on availability and must be reserved via the website.
  • Players must arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled slot.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling is only permitted up to 12 hours before the slot time.

4. Code of Conduct

Professionalism and discipline are the cornerstones of ATTA. Players are expected to maintain sportsmanship at all times. Use of non-marking shoes is strictly compulsory inside the arena. Any damage to academy property (tables, robots, etc.) due to negligence will be the financial responsibility of the player/member.

5. Liability Waiver

ATTA takes all necessary precautions for player safety. However, the academy is not responsible for any injuries sustained during training, match play, or while using the facilities. Members are advised to maintain their own personal sports insurance.
